Change is hard - especially when you get it, want it, but don't know HOW to do it.

I've been working with a client that has planned a big enterprise change for it's 2021 strategic goal. The employees are really excited about it, they see a great future with the company - but, when I ask what they are doing differently today than at the beginning of the year - they respond with "nothing"


Enterprise Change is hard, really hard.


Declare the Why. Declare the What. Don't forget the How.


How work will change, that what they are doing now will change - not all of it, but parts of it.
